Dr. Samuel Obeng Manteaw is a lawyer and Senior Lecturer at the University of Ghana School of Law. He holds a PhD in Law from the University of Ghana. He also holds two LLM degrees; an LLM Degree in Intellectual Property, from the George Washington University Law School and an LL.M in Transnational Business Practice from the Pacific McGeorge School of Law. He has extensive teaching, consultancy and research experience, and has published widely across various subjects.
