About

Ms. Fafa Delight Agbeko teaches the Law of Contract, Company Law, Commercial Law and the Law of Immovable Property. Her research interests cover corporate and commercial law, as well as technology law.

Her doctoral research at the University of Johannesburg bordered on the Fourth Industrial Revolution (4IR) and the Law, with a specific focus on the Blockchain Smart Contract. Her research in this regard has among others entailed a comparative study of contract law across four jurisdictions: South Africa, the UK (England and Wales), the USA, and Germany, and the regulatory/ legislative responses to technological advancements across select jurisdictions. She also has a Master of Laws (LLM) in International Commercial Law from the same university.

She obtained her Bachelor of Laws (LLB), and a Bachelor of Management Studies (BMS) from the University of Cape Coast, Ghana. She is also an alumna of the Hague Academy of International Law and a recipient of the prestigious scholarship awarded by the Academy’s Curatorium.
