LSU School Trip

A school trip, is a travel experience organized by the LSU at the end of each academic year. This trip is to provide students with an opportunity to explore new destinations, and bond with peers outside the classroom environment. The range of activities include, sightseeing, cultural immersion, outdoor adventure. This is a chance to relax and have fun after a year of academic stress.

 

LSU Movie Night

The LSU movie night is a recreational event organized to celebrate the end of the second semester examinations. This event provides a relaxing and entertaining atmosphere for students to unwind, socialize, and recharge after a period of intense academic focus.

The movie night event typically involves:

  •    Screening of a popular or recently released film in the auditorium or venue.
  •    Provision of snacks and refreshments to replicate a cinema experience.
  •    Opportunities to socialize, and destress with peers and friends.
  •    A chance to forget academic pressures  
  •    A celebratory atmosphere to mark the end of the examination period  

 

Fresher’s Welcome Party

The fresher's welcome party is a traditional event organized to warmly welcome and introduce new students, commonly referred to as "freshers," to the campus community. The event aims to ease the transition of newcomers into the academic environment and provide an opportunity for socialization, networking, and familiarization with the institution's culture and facilities.

The primary objective of the fresher's welcome party is to create a friendly and inclusive atmosphere, helping new students feel comfortable, build relationships, and embark on a successful academic journey.

 

Law Week Celebrations

The law week celebration is an annual program organized by the law students’ union. This highly anticipated program is a hallmark of the law school calendar, showcasing a range of activities that cater to the interests of law students.

 

The week long festivities commences with a launch and workshop. Subsequent events include a costume party, movie nights, moot court competition and panel discussions featuring guests from the legal framework.

Each year, the Law Students’ Union strives to introduce new innovative activities to make the celebration exciting. The finale of the law week celebration is long awaited Law Dinner
