Position: Desktop Research and Gaps Assessment Consultant
Institution: Ocean Governance Project, University of Ghana School of Law

REQUIREMENTS
• The selected Consultant is expected to possess an advanced university degree (Minimum of a Master’s degree or equivalent) in international law, law of the sea, environmental law, or a related field.
• Minimum of five years of progressively responsible experience in preparing analytical reports, qualitative and quantitative research.
• Previous work experience in the Public Service or International Civil Service is highly desirable.
• Experience in ocean governance or related fields is required.
• Prior knowledge of and experience in research and research methodology are required.
• Evidence of recent relevant research is desirable.
The eligible Consultant must submit expressions of interest indicating the following:
• A profile indicating relevant track records of assignment of similar nature.
• A brief of the vision and plans for the assignment.
• Consultant detailed CV.
Expression of interest must also include copies of the following documents:
• Business Registration Certificate
• Valid Tax Clearance Certificate (up to October, 2023)
• VAT/GRA Certificate
• Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate (up to October, 2023)
• Current Public Procurement Authority (PPA) Registration Certificate
• Any other relevant certification acquired.
