Mr. Emmanuel Akpagli is a passionate young man driven by the desire to always be the best possible version of himself. His desire to serve stems from him being a proponent of the idea that we rise by lifting others.
Emmanuel is a well decorated debater and mooter with catholic achievements and honours to his name. However, in all his achievements and leadership experience, his ability to serve, transform and impact others is what truly stands out, thus, there is no surprise he is the 49th elected President of UGSoL.
