Private Law Dapartment

The Department of Private Law is an efficient vibrant, student-centred department with a laser-focused commitment to excellence. A primary objective is to ensure that students are able to excel in the various courses within this Department whilst building character and having a holistically enjoyable experience.

The Department comprises of two anchor members who are very senior faculty members and well -recognized in their areas of expertise, that is, Professor Kwame Gyan (immovable Property) and Professor Christine Dowuona-Hammond (Contracts).

The other members of the Department are younger members with a demonstrated track record of excellence in their various endeavours.
