Dr. Abdallah Ali-Nakyea, a Senior Lecturer at the University of Ghana School of Law received an Award at the Maiden International Conference of the Society of Women in Taxation West Africa (SWITWA) held at Golden Tulip Le Diplomate in Cotonou, Republic of Benin on Tuesday, 27th February 2024.
The prestigious award was conferred on Dr. Ali-Nakyea in recognition of his outstanding presentation and stellar performance.
The Society of Women in Taxation started in Nigeria in May 2010 as an arm of the Chartered Institute of Taxation in Nigeria to serve as an umbrella body of the female members of the institute. In August 2022, the society expanded its reach and currently operates through six (6) Regional offices across member states, including Ghana and The Gambia.
