On November 27, 2024, the University of Ghana School of Law (UGSoL) proudly welcomed Udo Udoma & Belo Osagie, a renowned law firm as it celebrates its 40th anniversary with the announcement of a transformative scholarship for the overall best student at UGSoL. This scholarship is designed to support the recipient throughout their academic journey at UGSoL, and their professional legal training at the Ghana School of Law.

The scholarship package includes full tuition coverage, accommodation, and monthly stipends for living expenses. Additionally, the recipient will receive flight tickets to and from Nigeria at the end of each semester, to facilitate to undertake an internship with Udo Udoma & Belo Osagie. This generous initiative seeks to provide the recipient with world-class exposure and practical legal training, helping shape the next generation of legal professionals.

As part of their visit, the firm’s representatives toured the construction site of UGSoL’s new multi-purpose building complex. This landmark project is poised to transform the infrastructure supporting legal education, and the firm expressed strong interest in contributing to its development.
